Students who wish to change their programme should follow the steps below. If you qualify, your application will proceed for review; if not, it will not go through. On successful submission, you will need to wait for approval.

Kindly follow the guidelines provided below:

1. In the boxes provided, indicate your Registration Number (e.g. B012-01-0001/2025) and KCSE Index Number (e.g. 123456789001/2024).
2. Choose the course you want to transfer to from the drop-down list provided and indicate your Transfer Reason, then click "Request Transfer".
3. You will receive feedback on your request by 15th SEPTEMBER 2026.
4. Meanwhile, continue attending lectures in the programme where you were placed by KUCCPS until you are issued with an inter-faculty transfer approval letter.
