In order to register, kindly login using the following credentials:

• Registration Number: This is the number on your Admission Letter (e.g A012-01-0001/2019). If you have not yet downloaded the admission letter you can DOWNLOAD IT BY CLICKING HERE.
• Household Fess Payable: Download your Household fee payable letter: DOWNLOAD IT BY CLICKING HERE.
• KCSE Index Number: This the index Number you used during your KCSE Examination. (e.g 123456789001/2019).

Kindly follow the guidelines provided below:

• In the boxes provided at the bottom left corner, indicate your Registration Number e.g. B012-01-0001/2025 and KSCE Index Number e.g. 123456789001/2024 and then click “Login”
• Choose the Course you want to transfer to from the drop box provided and indicate “Transfer Reason”, then click “Request Transfer”.
• You will receive feedback on your request by 19th September, 2025
• Meanwhile, continue attending lectures in the Programme where you were placed by KUCCPS until you are issued with inter–faculty transfer approval letter
